DAY 1: Barcelona 5 Senses Experience
On the first day, we will engage with the city using our five senses.
The adventure begins with a captivating walking tour through the heart of Barcelona, where we will uncover the secrets of the enigmatic Gothic Quarter. Discover over 2,000 years of history, from ancient Roman ruins to medieval traditions, and learn about the modern political and cultural aspects of the Catalonian Independence Movement that you won’t find on typical tours.
After our exploration, we will relax at a local restaurant, favored by residents, where we’ll savor exquisite Spanish paella and learn how to make the best sangria you’ve ever tasted.
Following dinner, we will be treated to a breathtaking Flamenco show at Barcelona’s oldest and most historic “Tablao.”
DAY 2: Gaudí, Modernism, and Wine Experience
Barcelona’s modernist Catalan architecture is one of the world’s most unique artistic treasures of the 20th century.
Our day begins with an enlightening tour focused on the remarkable works of Antoni Gaudí, allowing us to appreciate his genius and the surreal creativity influenced by nature. We will also visit stunning buildings designed by other talented architects, including Josep Puig i Cadafalch and Lluís Domènech i Montaner. We will conclude the tour at Gaudí’s unfinished masterpiece, La Sagrada Familia, a UNESCO World Heritage site since 2005. Here, I will share the fascinating details of its stunning façade.
