The experience was expertly arranged by Enzo, who quickly became a friend. It blended landmarks, regional charm, and a relaxing lunch break. Our guide simplified everything—from managing entrance passes to pointing out amazing photo ops—and the transportation was incredibly smooth. Orvieto is a stunning destination, and touring with Enzo was a perfect way to explore more of the area effortlessly.

I would rate this travel agency a zero if I could. I am a travel agent based in Vancouver BC Canada. I recommended one of their tours to my long-term clients. It was supposed to be a Full Day Private Tour in Barcelona. The agency advertises the tour as the "most comprehensive full day private tour of Barcelona", with taxi service between sites. My clients wrote me a very angry message right after their tour. The tour was only 3 hours, not 7 hours as they advertised. My clients were left on the side of the road at the end of the tour, and were told to go see Park Guell by themselves. The company (someone called Mary Grace) dismissed my clients' claims, and said all services had been provided, and denied any false advertisement, as it is clearly the case here. I would caution anyone who is thinking of doing business with this company to look elsewhere.

To respond to the company's comments. Is there another company called Local Cool Tour in Barcelona that offers a "Sagrada Familia, Park Guell & Walking Private Tour with Tapas for 7 hours" on Expedia? And the meeting place is at the Statue of Frederic Solar?

Andy was very knowledgeable about the city, its history and its people. We thoroughly enjoyed our time as Andy shared information and legends around Barcelona. He was careful so while we were gazing at buildings cars or bicycles would not run us over. His advice on restaurants were great. We highly recommend Andy.
