Depart from Bari in a comfortable private minivan for a day trip to Alberobello and Matera, two jewels of Southern Italy.

In Alberobello, famous for its characteristic Trulli, you will meet an expert guide to explore the Rione Monti, a unique neighborhood with over 1,000 trulli. Enjoy the stunning view from the Belvedere and visit the Trullo Church of Sant’Antonio.

After a free lunch, you will continue to Matera, the city of the Sassi and European Capital of Culture 2019. Accompanied by a guide, you will discover the fascinating rock-hewn churches like Sant’Antonio Abate and the Casa Grotta, a historic dwelling furnished with period tools and furniture, telling the story of rural life in the past.
