Experience the thrill of Maeklong Train Market folding up and the stalls being packed away in front of your eyes. Then proceed to take a unique country market along the railway tracks where a variety of goods are sold and the train travels through bringing people to the market. Next proceed to Damnoen Saduak Floating Market, the most colourful floating market in the Kingdom. Enjoy the beautiful sights along the way and witness the day-to-day activities of the Thai people who live on the canals selling their fresh fruits and vegetables from the surrounding villagers’ farms. You will travel by Tuk-Tuk, this world-famous three-wheel motorized open-air vehicle and explore Bangkok’s markets, temples and food, under the night lights. While most tourists will visit Bangkok’s landmarks during the day time, Thailand Journeys offers the incredible opportunity to enter these places at an original and unique time of the day. The first stop will be Bangrak, a trendy district just a short distance from the Chao Phraya River. Spend some time exploring the Bangrak Bazaar and the surrounding streets as your guide introduces you to some more tasty treats. (Alternative to Petchburi Soi 5 and China Town, Depend on the day in the week) It’s really amazing time to take a great shot around Rattanagosin Island including the scenery outside of Wat Pho and Grand Palace in the night. Continue to China town (locally named Yaowarat road) – transforms into one of the largest street food spots in the world. Popular offerings include dim sum, oyster omelette’s, flat noodles in a pepper broth, and lots of fresh seafood. There are also many exotic fruits on offer, as well as homemade ice cream. Arrive at Surat Thani Airport, meet a driver (without guide) and transfer to Ta Khun office where will be starting the tour to Rajaprabha Dam, a part of Khao Sok National Park in Southern Thailand is an amazing place. The general natural condition is a forest and many small caves. The highlight of the temple is the Phrathat chedi, replica of the Buddha’s Footprint, and a large Buddha image in the posture of meditation, which is enshrined on the top of Khao Kaeo that is about 600 metres above sea level in height. There is a stairway with 1,237 steps for walking up to worship. In addition, at the top of Khao Kaeo, visitors can see a 360-degree view of Krabi town, which is surrounded by beautiful, strangely shaped mountains. At the end of the path has a cave that is surrounded by white sand and a clear sea. In the morning will be full of Thai and foreign tourists. It is a good location for swimming or enjoying other activities on the beach such as Climbing, Sunbathing, Padding board and seeing the sunset. - Tub Island: Relaxing the white sandy linkage between Tap Island and Chicken Island at low tide. - Poda Island: Relax for sunbathing. It is unique in that it has a small island. The island looks like a sailboat located in front of the beach. Ko Poda is surrounded by beaches on 3 sides except the west side, which is the side that receives windy waves and is a high rocky cliff. There are white sandy beaches around the island and clear water that is suitable for swimming. FULL DAY HOT SPRING WATERFALL & EMERALD POOL Private Service / Time: 08:30 - 15:30 hrs. Visiting with our local guide drive an hour to visit Khlong Thom Hot Spring Waterfall, it looks like a hot waterfall but the water is not that hot and the temperature is around 40 - 50 Celsius. The hot water seeps through the ground surface that has grove forest covering it. The waterfall is 5 meters tall and has 3 levels, each level has its own ponds (like a bathtub). These ponds occurred from the accumulation of limestone sediment in the spring and each level has 4-5 ponds, each pond has 1-1.5-meter depth. The pond has diluted sulphur as its component and it has a suitable temperature for bathing. Then short drive for 15min to visit Emerald Pool or also called Sa Morakot, there is a nature study path for a distance of 1,400 metres. The Pool’s origin comes from warm water streams in the lowland forests of the South. The features comprise 3 pools: Sa Kaeo is a pool that flows from the Emerald Pool. The water is clear but cannot swim here. Sa Morakot looks like an emerald green pool that comes from warm water. The temperature is about 30-50 degrees Celsius. The surrounding area is a shady forest where it is possible to swim. Sa Namphut is the origin of the Emerald Pool. It has a beautiful, clear blue appearance and is 600 metres from the Emerald Pool.
