Your arrangement	Through CollabJourneys A partner provides the place and logistics; you lead the group.	Directly with a Retreat Center You book the center directly and manage your group’s payments.	Self-hosted You organise and operate the trip at your own or an agreed property.
What is included	Partner matching, trip page, online bookings, payment reminders and guest list.	Center search, offer discussion, signed Booking Agreement, invoices and guest list.	Trip page, online bookings, payment reminders and guest list; you arrange the services.
Who runs the trip	You lead the programme; the center or operator delivers the agreed services.	You lead your group; the center delivers the services in your agreement.	You are the host and operator, including at a listed Retreat Center.
Who collects payments	CollabJourneys collects its part; the center invoices its services directly. Both are shown before booking.	You manage guest payments and pay the center directly on the signed terms.	CollabJourneys collects both the deposit and balance.
Price and service cost	The platform service is included in the published total. Center-invoiced services are identified before payment.	The center’s quote and payment terms are recorded in the Booking Agreement.	The platform share is included in your published price, which must not be higher than elsewhere.
Payment timing	CollabJourneys part: 20% at booking, balance 30 days before arrival; full payment for bookings less than 30 days away. Center invoices follow the agreed terms.	Deposit and balance dates follow your signed agreement with the center.	20% at booking, balance 30 days before arrival; full payment for bookings less than 30 days away.
Cancellation and refunds	The trip’s agreed cancellation policy is shown before booking; center-invoiced services follow the center’s terms.
