Cooking Classes:
Our cooking classes begin at 9 a.m. with a meeting at Cuisine Centr’Halles, located inside the Les Halles d’Avignon market. We kick off with a visit to the market, where we’ll explore local products, sample some treats, and collaborate to design our menu. After selecting our ingredients, we’ll return to the kitchen to prepare our dishes. Lunch, which is included, consists of the menu we’ve created together, accompanied by water, wine, and coffee. The event concludes at 1:30 p.m..
Cooking Demonstrations:
For a more relaxed experience, our cooking demonstrations offer a fun alternative to the hands-on classes. These also start at 9 a.m. at Cuisine Centr’Halles in the market. We begin with a tour of the market, tasting delicacies from some of my favorite vendors. We’ll then return to the kitchen, where I’ll demonstrate how to prepare my signature tapenade recipes and other daily dishes.
