3.2. If direct communication does not lead to a resolution, the parties can consider seeking assistance from CollabJourneys customer support team to mediate and facilitate communication.

4.1. If informal resolution attempts are unsuccessful, either the traveler or the partner may initiate the formal dispute resolution process by notifying CollabJourneys' customer support.
4.2. The disputing party must provide a detailed description of the dispute, including relevant evidence such as booking details, communication history, and any other pertinent information.

5. CollabJourneys' Role:
5.1. CollabJourneys will act as a neutral third party to facilitate the resolution process. We will review the information provided by both parties and attempt to mediate a satisfactory resolution.
5.2. CollabJourneys' customer support team will engage with both the traveler and the partner to understand their perspectives and identify potential solutions.

6. Mediation:
6.1. If mediation is deemed necessary, CollabJourneys may arrange a facilitated discussion between the parties to find a mutually acceptable solution.
6.2. The mediator will help the parties communicate effectively, explore potential solutions, and work towards a resolution.

9. Confidentiality:
9.1. All information shared during the dispute resolution process, including communication, evidence, and outcomes, will be treated with strict confidentiality.
