Discover all the secrets of oil at a location in the heart of Ogliastra, specifically in Lotzorai, on the east coast of Sardinia.

Program:

The guided tasting takes place outdoors and includes various types of EVO oil. Then the following foods will be tasted in combination with the extra virgin olive oil: bread, seasonal fruits and vegetables, potatoes, culurgiones or coccoi prenas, casu ascedu, and desserts.
