About this tour

A 3 day northern lights adventure along the south part of Iceland. We will visit waterfalls, black beaches, glaciers and amazing glacier lagoons.

A three day northern lights adventure along the south part of Iceland. We will visit waterfalls, black beaches, glaciers and amazing glacier lagoons. Each night we will hunt for the Northern Lights with a very knowledgeable guide. One of the myths explained that the lights tell stories about animals and nature. Some spoke of the aurora appearing when whales were playing games, while the Danes believed the lights were caused by swans competing to see who could fly further north. According to legend, some of the swans became trapped in the ice and as they tried to escape, they flapped their wings creating flurries of light in the sky.

- Private transport.
- Hotel or guesthouse accommodation (private bathroom).
- Breakfast on day 2 & 3 .
- Entrance for all sights and activities (except extras).
- Services of a Professional Guide.
- Pick up and drop-off at your accommodation, or meet us at bus stop number 8, Hallgrímskirkja.
- Private vehicle at disposal for 3 days.
- All taxes.

What Do I Need to Bring?

- This is a multi day tour and you should bring your luggage with you.
- Warm and waterproof clothes, gloves and headwear and good shoes, preferably hiking boots. Warm clothes
for the northern lights hunt.
- Swimsuit and towel.
- A camera is always good to have.
