Then we are waiting for you for a wonderful experience in the magical world of fresh pasta and wine! We can’t wait to share with you more about our gastronomic culture!

In this Experience you will create your own pasta togheter with a Master Pasta Chef, during the pasta tasting you will pairing some amazing Tuscan wine with a Sommelier.

We are going to start with a little introduction to the ingredients, after that we are going to do the dough and you will be able to prepare you own pasta from scratch!

We will show you every secret to achieve an amazing pasta dough like in a Michelin star restaurant.

You will taste your amazing creation togheter with a paring of wine, a master Italian sommelier will drive you into an amazing experience between Italian food and local wines.

Two at once, you will be teach from how to hold the glass to how and why some wine pairing with some dish or others. Wine is a huge Tuscany tradition and we can’t wait to share and teach you more about it.
