Terrible service. The guide rushed through the first part of the tour. They wouldn't let us stop properly to use the restroom. The attitude was rude and unpleasant. We got left behind from the second part of the tour. We were told to meet at the meeting place by 1:30 PM to get on the bus to the second location. We reached at 1:28 PM but there was no bus or guide there. When we got in touch with the tour company, they told us that the bus had left already and there was nothing we could do. Extremely unprofessional service. Please stay away.

Esto es un servicio de transporte y nada más.

Como tour es por mucho el peor que he tomado. Nuestra guía Michelle no respondía ninguna pregunta y solo te llevaba a las tiendas en la que le dan comisión por vender. Primero te lleva a las tiendas y luego te lleva al tour por la catedral o las murallas de Ávila. Si quieres conocer la ciudad deja de lado el tour y haz lo tuyo en cuanto llegues.

El chofer del autobús nos grito porque según el comimos en su autobús y dejamos moronas tiradas. La mitad de sus moronas eran pedazos de vidrio roto. Si no estaban en el autobús cuando subimos venían en las suelas de nuestros zapatos. Pero al chofer no le importo que la gente no come vidrio e igual nos acuso de haber cómido en su autobús impoluto.

Hicimos el tour Toledo - Segovia … me pareció un tour increíble por el costo que tiene, la parte de segovia tuvimos un guia que ya estaba en Segovia y su pasión por la historia nos enamoro.. No recuerdo el nombre pero si que nos corría al son del tristras … Me divertí mucho y los recomiendo mucho.

El peor viaje de mi vida. Hice un circuito con mi mama por su cumpleaños y terminó llorando del horro de viaje que fue. Desde el guía IKER que con mentiras hace todo para robarte dinero con las comidas de MALA calidad, poca higiene, tours opcionales en donde lo único que hacen es llevarte a tiendas para venderte, poca explicación histórica. El camión pone en riesgo la salud de cualquiera, viajes de mas de 8 horas diarias en donde ni siquiera caben los pies. Hoteles ubicados en zonas peligrosas, de muy mala calidad y viejos, , todos los días solo hay huevo en el desayuno. Una mega estafa redonda, sin duda se nota la poca ética de los europeos y que de hostelería no saben nada. No se hacen responsable ni siquiera de las quejas, pues lo último que les interesa es dar un buen servicio. Lastima por las personas que hemos sido ESTAFADAS por esta empresa.
