In northern Sardinia, in the countryside of the Alghero area, you will find an isolated and timeless house where Irene will welcome you like an old friend. In fact, taking part in this experience will be like cooking at a friend’s house.
You will prepare fresh pasta (ravioli, malloreddus and tagliatelle), you will learn how to make a good sauce with simple ingredients and between one preparation and another a small aperitif will be offered. You will listen to curiosity about Sardinian food and, finally, you will be able to taste the result of your enjoyment accompanied by a good glass of wine that comes directly from a small vineyard of Cannonau and Vermentino.
