Chandragiri hill is the historic and religious place located at the south-west of Kathmandu valley. The hill lies in 2,551m which can view the Panoramic mountains from Annapurna to Everest.
To access the top of the hill, there has operated a cable car of 2.5 km ropeway making it easier for the visitors. The attractions and amenities at the Chandragiri hill are Bhaleshwar Mahadev temple, historic sites, telescopic view tower, fast food restaurants, bars, resort, children’s playground, pony rides, shopping stall, etc.
Chandragiri is the starting point of hiking where you will pass through the hills, forest and small village on the way to Taudaha. After 6 hours nature walk, end the hike in the beautiful fish lake of Taudaha. Here you can have some good refreshments and drive back to Kathmandu.
