8 Days Zanzibar vacation

After breakfast you will be picked upat 09:30am for Stone Town tour. A guided Stone Town Tour takes you through narrow streets of the old Stone Town, where history seems to stand still. Visit the major monuments such as the Old Fort, built on the site of an earlier Portuguese church; the house of wonder, a large ceremonial palace built by Sultan Barghash; Christ Church Anglican Cathedral commemorating the work of David Livingston in abolishing the slave trade and built on the site of the last slave market; the residence of the slave trader Tippu Tip; the Hamamni and other Persian baths and Fred Mercury House. Together with the narrow, winding street pattern. In particular Stone town’s is also marked by being the site where slave-trading was finally terminated. Thereafter we will return to Serena Inn for lunch, before taking you to the Spice Tour. Discovery of spices, fruits, coconut climbing, and test some of Zanzibar fruits. After breakfast enjoy a last morning in Stone Town before we transfer you to the South East coast of Zanzibar island,, where you will be assisted with check-in formalities. Breakfast at the hotel. You will be picked up at 08:00am, and drive you to Fumba for safari blue, experience the best boat excursion in Zanzibar, departure from the village of Fumba in South west of Zanzibar and we will take you to see the dolphins, Sandbanks, islands and coral reefs of Menai bay, a beautiful conservation area. Safari Blue is a full day trip and includes top quality snorkeling equipment with guide and instructors, a delicious Zanzibar seafood lunch with grilled fish and slipper lobster gastronomic, fruit tasting and coffee. After breakfast, You will be picked up at 07:00am and drive to Kizimkazi fishing village for a Dolphin Tour, after arriving we will take a Fiber boat and start searching for dolphins, if we are lucky we can use 5 minutes cruising on search of dolphins. After swimming with dolphins we will go to shallow water for snorkeling before getting back to the beach where we can have a lunch and a bit of beach leisure. After beach leisure we will drive to Jozani Forest to see the Red Colubus Monkeys and visit the floating mangrove bridge. Jozani has an excellent nature trail and the guides are well trained and informative. A walk through this impressive flora and fauna is one of the highlights Zanzibar has to offer. After the tour we drive back to north coast. Dinner and overnight at Mchamvi Sunset Bay / or alternative based on F/B
