• Tourists who are staying logistically out of our sequencial pick-up planning, should have an exclusive driver and vehicle dispatched for their pick-up at their places and ride to meet the rest of the group.
• The pick-up time should be around 20:00 or 21:00, but we will get in touch with every tourist the date before the parade to arrange the exact pick-up time.
• The parades begins around 22:30 or 23:00

• After the 4th parade around 3:30 am, our driver should take to their hotel (s) anyone who may be tired and want to leave earlier.

• Final Pick-up at 7:00 a.m – End of Event
• The last "samba school" finishes about 7:00 a.m..
