• Please note that late arrivals at the meeting point is not accommodated. Missed tours are non refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
• The access by staircases does not include skipping the line. Your guide will acquire the tickets for you after you arrive. The wait time can be up to 45 minutes at peak times, but rest assured that your guide will keep you entertained and provide insightful information about the Eiffel Tower while you wait in line together.
• The first level of the Eiffel Tower has more exhibits, a glass floor, and occasional pop-ups.
• IDs showing proof of age required for child/infant ticket purchasers. Eiffel Tower have refused entry to those without IDs or required them to purchase full price tickets
• Summit access may be subject to last minute closures according to operating reasons or capacity control safety measures by the Eiffel Tower Management. When this occurs, the group will be unable to access the summit, even if it reopens during your tour. In the case of closure of the Summit, the portion of your tour price for the Summit access will be refunded.
• There are no storage lockers at the Eiffel Tower. If you bring a foldable stroller you will be responsible for carrying it up the stairs. Large luggage will not be allowed through security.
• The Eiffel Tower may be subjected to occasional closures without previous warning from the Eiffel management. When this occurs, we will provide guests with an appropriate alternative if the opening time is delayed more than 1h from the tour starting time. In these cases we are unable to provide refunds.
• Please show your guide your Voucher to check in and join the tour. Tickets will be gotten on spot inside of the Eiffel tower before Climbing.
