• Check-in: Passengers who do not check-in in person or send documents online will not be able to make the crossing due to immigration regulations. The documentation presented must be the one with which the passenger enters the country.
• Passport name, number, expiration, occupation, and country of residence is required at the time of booking for all participants. The data of passengers will not be accepted less than 30 hours before the trip.
• In case of Colombian passengers, the report is a valid number which is printed on the back cover of the passport, has 2 letters and 6 numbers
• A current valid passport is required on the day of travel
• Luggage: One piece of up to 23kgs is allowed free of charge and hand luggage (purse or handbag). In case of having extra luggage (any bag, additional suitcase, or Carry-On), it must be declared at check-in and pay an amount of US$25 for each additional piece.
• Only up to 7 days prior to departure, 100% refund is applicable. Cancellations after this period of days will not be refunded.
• Transfers can be arranged from Panamericano, Edelweiss, 3 Reyes, Inacayal hotels.
