El guía José Luis súper amable, muy flexible, nos cayó increíble. Se ve que le gusta su trabajo. El chofer Alexander también. El camión cómodo.
El tour está bien, pero nos dejaron muy poco tiempo en todos los tours opcionales que pudimos comprar . No nos dio tiempo de conocer mucho, estuvimos a las prisas porque o comíamos, o conocíamos. Entiendo perfecto que esto no está en las manos del guía, y que tienen itinerarios, pero si estuvimos corriendo todo el tiempo. Los hoteles muy chiquitos, no teníamos ni donde poner la maleta, los desayunos muy básicos. En algunos ni siquiera nos dejaban toallas para secarnos las manos.

Los hoteles B&B son malos por lo que se debería prever otras opciones. Al inicio de mi recorrido en Roma, me encuentro que no tengo la posibilidad hacer los museos Vaticanos por no tener entrada. Cuando me vendieron el paquete de viaje, me garantizaron las entradas a traves de las reservas de VPT.
En los buses de dos niveles el guia debería compartir más con las personas que van en el nivel superior. Ya que nunca comparte con con estas personas.
El guia local en Venecia solo hiso un recorrido a dos lugares , por lo que me senti desfraudado.
