We'll start with a full day trip to the Baga Gazriin Chuluu Ruins(1768 m from sea level). At this ruins there are mineral water springs and trees a top the many beautiful rocky hills. We'll spend the night in the nomadic ger "baga gazriin chuluu" camp.
We'll drive to the Tsagaan Suvraga and spend overnight at Ger. Tsagaan Suvraga one of the white colored cliffs for hiking area. sta in ger camp "white stupa"
We'll do a full day trip driving to Dalanzadgad( capital city of South Gobi) and we’ll stay at hotel and available to take a shower there.
We’ll drive to the Yoliin Am in the middle of the gobi desert National Park which is a strictly protected area, covering 70 sq.kms. On the way we'll stop for lunch at huge flat steppe. The mountains here are the highest in the Gobi Desert and the rocky scenery is quite interesting, especially until mid July while the ice gorge remains. We'll walk 3kms through a narrow valley, then 3 kms back to the minivan. We'll stay in Ger guesthouse.
We'll drive to the Khongoryn Els Sand (195kms) after lunch time. The Khongoryn Els are some of the lagest and most spectacular sand dunes in Mongolia.We'll see beautiful views, huge sand dunes and a cold water spring with a river that leads to two small ponds. We'll then spend the night in a Ger guesthouse.
We'll climb and hike to the top of the biggest sand dunes. Also, if you wish, you may walk alongside the river for about 10 kms. We arrange the camel riding trip on the serious sand dunes.
We'll drive to Bayan-Zag(150kms). When we arrive at Bayan-Zag, spend the night in tents or Ger. Bayan-Zag which means "rich in Saxaul Shrubs" is more commonly known as the "Flaming Cliffs" of Bayan-Zag, famous for the discovery of dinosaur fossils.
Drive to Ongi temple. The ruins of Ongi Temple are found in Saikhan Ovoo soum of Dundgobi (Middle Gobi) province. It used to be a big Buddhist monastery compound built by Bari Yonzon Khamba at the bank of Ongi River. Transfer to the camp before the lunch. Visit the ruins of temple also there is small ger museum signifies ancient things. Dinner and stay overnight in ger at tourist camp.
Day 9 Early morning drive to Karakorum and arrive late afternoon, on the way picnic. Ancient capital of Mongolia Karakorum city was located on the right bank of Orkhon River and on the north-eastern slopes of the Khangai Mountain and founded by Chinggis khan in 1220, was not only the capital of the vast Mongolian Empire but the epicentre of trade along the Silk Road. At that time the inhabitants of city were mostly Merchants craftsmen who came to karakorum from all over the world. Khubilai khan moved to the capital of the Mongolian Empire to China, establishing the Yuan Dynasty, began losing its importance. In 1379 much of the city was badly damaged during an attack by the army of the Min Dynasty. Stay overnight in ger at tourist camp.
After lunch We’ll drive to the waterfall, called Ulaan-tsutgalan. Spend over night at Ger.
Drive to Hustai National Park to see the wild horses or Prezwalski horses and re-introduced back to Mongolia. The Hustai National Park in Mongolia is world famous for the successful reintroduction of the Prezwalski horse. In 2008, there are 20 groups of Prezwalski horses and their total number is reached over 230. In the evening time you have chance to more close to see and observe wild horses. There is a horse riding available at the national Park. Stay overnight in ger at tourist camp.
Drvie back to Ulaanbaatar, transfer to the hotel. Check out from hotel and transfer to Chinggis Khaan International airport or Ulaanbaatar train station for departure.
