Leave a Legacy of the Healed is a silent mind–body–spirit wellness retreat in Assisi, Italy, created for deep restoration, reflection, and inner alignment. Set at the countryside estate of Valle di Assisi in the heart of Umbria, the retreat weaves together silence, nature, gentle movement, cultural exploration, and guided inner work within a calm and spacious environment.
The retreat is hosted by Dr. Soojin Jun—patient safety activist, pharmacist, and mental fitness (Positive Intelligence, PQ) and relationship coach—whose care-first philosophy views each participant as a whole being of mind, body, and spirit. The experience is especially meaningful for adults navigating cross-cultural identities, life transitions, burnout, or personal and relational crossroads.

The program balances wellness-focused days at Valle di Assisi with guided excursions in and around Assisi, including participation in a special veneration of St. Francis during a designated liturgical period. Inspired by the life and legacy of St. Francis—patron of peace, nature, and healing—the retreat offers space for silence, discernment, and personal integration.
Wellness activities are guided using the Positive Intelligence (PQ) framework and relationship-based reflection, supporting participants in calming reactive patterns, gaining inner clarity, and strengthening alignment with their values.
As a bonus for retreat participants, Dr. Soojin Jun may offer access to additional wellness-related resources, such as follow-up programs, digital materials, or optional tools related to her professional practice. Interested participants may contact Dr. Soojin Jun directly for further details.

The retreat experience is complemented by an included 8-week PQ program after the journey and six months of access to the PQ app, as offered by Dr. Soojin Jun.
Valle di Assisi provides expansive natural surroundings, comfortable country-style accommodation, wellness facilities, and farm-to-table cuisine, creating a natural rhythm between movement and stillness, group connection and personal time. This setting allows participants to slow down, reconnect, and integrate inner work without pressure or overload.
The retreat is open to adults only and limited to a small group of up to 12 participants, ensuring a grounded, personal, and intentional experience.
The tour will take place from March 18 to March 22, 2026.

To secure participation in the tour, the following payment schedule applies:
Payment 1 – Deposit
A 10% deposit of the total tour price is required no later than February 1, 2026.
Payment 2 – Balance payment
The remaining balance must be paid by February 25, 2026, only after receiving written confirmation from CollabJourneys that the tour is confirmed and will proceed.
The tour will be officially confirmed once the minimum group size is reached and all operational arrangements with the receiving party are finalized. Participants will be notified accordingly before the balance payment is requested.
Failure to complete payments within the specified timeframes may result in cancellation of the reservation in accordance with the cancellation policy.
All accommodation, meal services, transportation, and guided excursion services are provided by the receiving party, Valle di Assisi Hotel & SPA Resort, located at:

The hotel is fully responsible for the quality and delivery of all accommodation, catering, transportation, and excursion services and acts as the official receiving party for the tour.
The wellness retreat program is designed and conducted by Dr. Soojin Jun, who is the creator of the retreat concept and fully responsible for the content, structure, and delivery of the wellness activities.
Dr. Jun independently defines the wellness format, sessions, and flow of the retreat and may adjust the content of the wellness program at her professional discretion.

CollabJourneys does not provide, supervise, or control the wellness content and does not assume responsibility for the substance, quality, outcomes, or any changes to the wellness program.
CollabJourneys acts as a booking and payment coordination platform. Its responsibilities are limited to:
processing participant payments,
confirming reservations,
arranging the booking of tour services with the receiving party.
CollabJourneys does not provide on-site services and does not act as the organizer of accommodation, transportation, excursions, or the wellness retreat program.
This program is offered as a wellness-focused group tour that includes retreat activities hosted by Dr. Soojin Jun.
In the event that the retreat host is unable to attend due to illness, personal circumstances, or travel restrictions, the tour will proceed as scheduled. Core tour services—including accommodation, meals, transfers, excursions, and on-site services—will be provided in full by the receiving party.
In such a case, the wellness and retreat activities will either:
be replaced with alternative cultural or excursion activities, or
be partially refunded for the wellness component only, at the participant’s choice.
No refunds will be issued for the core tour services, as the tour itself will not be cancelled.
In the event of force majeure or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the service providers, including but not limited to natural events, governmental restrictions, operational disruptions, or safety-related concerns, certain elements of the tour may require adjustment.
Where necessary, accommodation, transportation, or specific program components may be replaced with suitable alternatives of the same or higher category, while preserving the overall format, dates, and core purpose of the tour.
Such substitutions shall not be considered a cancellation of the tour and shall not entitle participants to a refund, provided that the essential elements of the tour are delivered.
Cancellations are subject to the following charges, calculated as a percentage of the total tour price, not the amount paid at the time of cancellation:
Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival: 10%
Cancellation 45–59 days before arrival: 30%
Cancellation 30–44 days before arrival: 50%
Cancellation 15–29 days before arrival: 70%
Cancellation 5–14 days before arrival or no-show: 100%
These charges apply regardless of the payment schedule or any partial payments made prior to cancellation.
If the tour is cancelled due to insufficient group formation, participants will receive a 100% refund of all amounts paid. In such cases, no cancellation fees will apply.
Participants will be notified in advance if the minimum group size is not reached and the tour cannot be confirmed.
Confirmation that the tour will proceed will be sent to all participants no later than 30 calendar days before the tour start date.
Participants are kindly asked not to purchase airline tickets before receiving tour confirmation, or to book flights that include a refund or flexible change option.
No later than 30 days before arrival, participants will also receive detailed information regarding the scheduled group airport transfer time. This will allow participants to select flights that align comfortably with the group transfer schedule.
Participants who choose to arrive earlier, depart later, or book flights outside the group transfer window may arrange their own transportation or request a private transfer at an additional cost.
CollabJourneys does not provide travel services and is not responsible for personal injury, illness, or damages arising from services provided by third-party partners, except as required by applicable law.
Certain activities may involve inherent risks. Participants are responsible for assessing their own health and fitness prior to participation and are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel and medical insurance covering health, accidents, and personal belongings.

The pilgrimage day includes guided visits and time for veneration and quiet reflection at key spiritual sites in Assisi and its surroundings: Basilica di Santa Chiara – veneration of Saint Clare Santuario della Spogliazione – veneration of Blessed Carlo Acutis Historic center of Assisi – free time and lunch at a local restaurant (lunch not included) Eremo delle Carceri – forest hermitage of Saint Francis, time for silence and prayer Basilica di San Francesco d’Assisi – Upper and Lower Basilicas, Giotto’s frescoes, veneration of the relics of Saint Francis Transportation for the group is provided throughout the entire excursion day. Entrance tickets to churches, museums, and historical sites are not included and are paid individually on site. Lunch in Assisi on this day is at participants’ own expense. Tips and gratuities are not included. The day is guided by a licensed local guide and is designed with a calm pace, allowing space for reflection, silence, and personal integration.

Participants stay in rooms designed in traditional Italian country style at a country house residence. All participants are accommodated in single-occupancy rooms.
Excursions are part of the program, but participation is optional.
Group transportation for scheduled excursions is included as specified in the itinerary.
Yes, group airport transfers to and from the hotel are included for participants arriving and departing with the main group at the scheduled times. The exact group transfer times will be communicated to all participants between February 1–10, once participant arrival details are finalized. If you arrive or depart outside the main group schedule, you will need to arrange your own transportation or request a private transfer at an additional cost.

his retreat is informed by and especially relevant to the Third Culture Kid experience, as it explores themes of identity, belonging, inner integration, and relational boundaries. However, it is not limited to Third Culture Kids. The retreat is open to all adults who resonate with these themes, including those navigating cross-cultural lives, transitions, burnout, or questions of personal and spiritual alignment.
