Join us for an authentic local experience: petanque! This traditional game has become a beloved local sport in Marseille, and every match is followed by a friendly aperitif. Whether you’re familiar with the game or not, the focus is on having fun and enjoying a social moment around this ancient pastime.

We’ll kick off the experience with a visit to the “House of the Ball” in the heart of the Basket district to set the stage. After learning about the origins of petanque and the history of the area, we’ll head just around the corner to get started.

Together, we’ll practice our skills on the Esplanade de la Major, where we’ll enjoy an hour of lively competition. Afterward, it will be time to relax and indulge in a well-deserved local aperitif. Laughter, good spirits, and camaraderie will be at the heart of this enjoyable activity.
