The crush to see the Mona Lisa is ugly and brings out the worst in people. Very hot, poorly organised and marshalled. The experience of fine art is totally overshadowed by crowds and the heat in the building. Memorable for all the wrong reasons

I was in Paris last week and sadly my partner had an accident the night before our visit to the museum and we had to return home before than expect.

I contact customer service to see if I could get a voucher and they didn't give me any solution.

They email me back saying "The cancellation is possible 24 hours before the visit only" they had no consideration for an unexpected accident.

So disappointed with the policy and service

Имели наглость сегодня позвонить,чтобы что- то предложить,после того как кинули на деньги.Директор -Павел словоблуд,не держит обещания.Ездил в офис взяли счёт,на который можно вернуть деньги ,в итоге несколько лет тишина.Ребенок продолжает ездить в лагеря ,только от "Балтийского берега",нет проблем,рекомендую.
