Spinorosso IGT Toscana Rosso: Discover the legacy of the Malaspina Marquises with Spinorosso, a wine that honors its medieval roots. Fedespina IGT Toscana Rosso: Named after a brave ancestor who protected the Marquises, this wine reflects our commitment to tradition and quality. With grapes harvested from our fifty-year-old vineyards, Fedespina offers a luminous territorial purity in each glass, revealing subtle sensations and a strong identity.
Ca’ IGT Toscana Rosso: Representing the highest expression of our territory, Ca’ symbolizes “home” and our deep love for the land. Hand-selected grapes are vinified according to soil variations, resulting in a pure Merlot that captures the microclimatic conditions and unique terrain of our vineyards.
Bianco Fedespina IGT Toscana: Produced from nearly fifty-year-old vineyards, this blend of Vermentino, Durella, and Chardonnay grapes embodies the luminous purity of our terroir. The low-yield vines produce a wine with subtle yet distinct characteristics that speak of its strong identity.
In our cellar, we uphold the same respectful practices as in the vineyard. Grapes are de-stemmed and delicately crushed, preserving part of the whole grapes for fermentation in cement barrels. This process ensures a delicate and consistent fermentation, followed by natural malolactic fermentation and aging in carefully selected French oak barrels.
