Namche bazar tek is one of the short trek in Everest region. This trek is target to the people who have limited travelling time but they want to view the world’s highest peak, Mount Everest (8,848m). Namche Bazar is located at the elevation of 3,450 m above the sea level. It is also known as the gate way to the Everest and trade center.
This trip begins from Kathmandu to Lukla flight, where you will fly approximately 45 minutes. This mountain flight is also the great chance to explore the valleys and get flight above the towering Himalayas. Lukla, the hill top airport from where you will start trekking towards the Phakding. The next day, you will be at Namche Bazar for 2 nights. The view from Namche bazar is also stunning however do hike to Syanboche airport for the breathtaking view of Mount Everest. You can also hike to the Sherpa village in Khumjung and return back to Namche.
