Once you arrive at the port of La Spezia, our tour leader will be waiting for you at the cruise terminal. From there, you will make a 20-minute walk to arrive at the train station from where you will begin this adventure. On the walk, you will discover the beautiful city center of La Spezia. Admire the colorful path and breathe the scent of the breeze that characterizes this unique port city!
The first stop will be Vernazza, one of the five jewels that are part of Cinque Terre. This village is the one with the most colorful views. During your excursion in Vernazza, you will enjoy some free time to discover the village. This place is perfect to enjoy a fantastic panorama.
The second stop will be Monterosso. In this small town, you will find different attractions besides restaurants and shops. One of the activities we have reserved for you in this town is a limoncino tasting, a traditional lemon liqueur from this region which you will have the opportunity to try in one of the most traditional shops. In Monterosso, you will have enough free time to discover the village and eat at some of its local restaurants. Among the attractions of this village, you will find a panoramic terrace, where you can see a statue of St. Francis of Assisi and enjoy the beautiful view that Monterosso has for you!
The last stop before going back to La Spezia will be Riomaggiore. Here you will have some free time to walk through the narrow streets of the town, where you will enjoy beautiful landscapes. Visit the fishing port and a panoramic terrace from where you will appreciate the particular construction of Riomaggiore and the Gulf of Cinque Terre. Without a doubt, this beautiful landscape will leave you speechless!
